Hosted by Chuck Staszkiewicz, Olga Bashkatova and Shai Ades  ยท  Operations, numbers and sales at one table
Home Service Round Table
Operations. Numbers. Sales.

No Fluff.No Filters.Just Results.

Three operators, three specialties, one table. A podcast for home service owners who are done guessing, and three separate benches for when listening is no longer enough.

Three Seats At The Table

A $22M exit, a CFO seat at a $50M company, and $300M in closed revenue. Every one of them ran the thing they teach, each works in their own lane, and they argue about it on the show.

Chuck Staszkiewicz

Chuck Staszkiewicz

Co-Founder, The Opus & Gold Group

Took All Hours Plumbing, Heating, and Air from one truck to $22 million, and sold it in 2023 at a double digit multiple.

He has been running his own show since he was 17. No safety net, no shortcuts, just a Jersey boy with something to prove. In 2008 he landed in Salt Lake City and lit the fuse on one of the most explosive growth stories in the trades.

One man, one truck, zero fear. Ten years in it was a $12 million company and he was not finished. He has since built and sold three businesses, proving the first win was never a fluke. He will tell you flat out that culture is not a buzzword, it is the whole game.

On the Round Table he is the operations voice: how the work actually gets done, priced and handed off.

Olga

Olga Bashkatova

CPA · Founder, NextStage Advisory

Olga did not start in home services. She started in the rooms where the numbers actually get scrutinized.

An accounting degree from NYU's Stern School of Business, trained as an auditor at Ernst & Young, then years as Director of Accounting for a publicly traded company where GAAP compliance and audit readiness were not optional. She went on to venture and private equity backed businesses, absorbing acquisitions and navigating divestitures, and finished her in-house career as CFO of a $50M company.

She founded NextStage Advisory in 2017, and in 2024 pointed that same rigor at an industry that had never had access to it. Today she works exclusively with HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors, building the books that separate a business that looks profitable from one that actually is.

On the Round Table she is the numbers voice: the real numbers, the brutal reality, and the tactics that actually work.

Shai Ades

Shai Ades

Founder, One Call Close Academy · 2x Amazon Best-Selling Author

In the home service industry there are operators, and there are architects. Shai is the latter.

Over 16 years he has engineered the sales and lead-generation frameworks behind more than $300 million in closed revenue. He is the premier authority on the One Call Close, building systems that handle objections upfront and close on the first sit at maximum margin. Those methods were forged scaling his own home improvement operation to $20 million in 18 months.

Founders now bring him in to solve their biggest bottleneck: themselves. Rebuilding comp plans, installing recruiting engines and deploying elite sales frameworks moves exhausted owners off the sales floor and turns their companies into sellable assets.

On the Round Table he is the sales voice: what actually closes, and what quietly kills margin.
